1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the CardFinder app (package
com.martechdm.cardfinder), provided by Martech Digital Media LTDA
By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Service
CardFinder is a free information and recommendation tool for credit cards. The app provides no financial, investment, or legal advice. The terms shown are for orientation; the provider's terms at the time of application prevail.
3. No brokerage
Any card contract is concluded solely between you and the respective provider. CardFinder is not a party to that contract and gives no warranty as to its conclusion or terms.
4. Advertising
The app is funded by advertising, delivered according to your consent settings (see the Privacy Policy).
5. User obligations
You agree not to misuse the app, circumvent security mechanisms, or provide false information in forms.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. We give no warranty for the accuracy or timeliness of provider-sourced card data.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be discontinued.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version is available on this page.
9. Governing law
The law at the provider's seat applies, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
